Shipping:
We do ship products internationally; however, all international orders must use cashier's checks.
Payment:
We accept all major credit cards. In addition, we accept money orders and cashier's checks.
Return Policy:
We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from delivery date. Warranties in excess of 30 days must be made directly to manufacturer. All returns/exchanges must be made w/i 30 days of merchandise receipt, in original factory condition and with original packaging materials. All unwanted returned merchandise reimbursed for original purchase price less S&H must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers refusing delivery will be responsible for all charges associated with S&H. Once merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less S&H. When requesting RMA#, please specify if exchange is not required. If merchandise is defective, an exchange to the customer will be made. All reimbursements are the form of company credit which can be used toward new orders. Please note: We have NO RETURN policy on all cell phones and cell phone accessories.
Package Tracking:
Once the package is shipped, a tracking number will be posted in your e-mail account. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected only in California and Washington.

In order to calculate accurate shipping charges, please follow these steps:

Click to "Check Out"
Fill out Ship To Information
Click on "Submit" Button
Next screen that comes up will have a drop-down menu of shipping options.
Please note: All of these steps are done before the actual payment for the order is required. Therefore, by completing these steps you do not place your order yet. In order to complete the order, credit card information fields must be completed and form submitted for processing.
